Buccaneer SWADE update document (Free) is here!
over 4 years ago – Sat, Sep 14, 2019 at 10:54:57 PM

The amazing Charles White has completed the SWADE UPDATE document for Buccaneer: Through Hell and High Water.  You can get it for FREE at DTRPG here:

Remember, all proceeds from Buccaneer are supporting Krista White during her fight with cancer, so if you can share a link to our main book with your friends, or even pick up a physical copy as a gift, it's for a great cause. Krista did great during her major surgery (surgeons were able to get clear margins around her golf-ball sized tumor!) and is now home recuperating.

Share Buccaneer for Krista!

If you'd like to help out the White family directly, you can do so here:

If any of you Buccaneers are attending GenCon 2019 or DragonCon 2019 this year, our contributor Christopher Landauer would love to meet you and thank you in person for backing our book!  Reach out at [email protected] if you're going to be in Indianapolis or Atlanta.

He'll be doing interviews for the SavageCast, a podcast devoted to Savage Worlds (www.savagecast.com), helping out at Clint and Jodi Black's Carolina Game Tables booth most days from 1pm-3pm, and handing out information for our upcoming projects.

If you can't attend, here are some cool gaming things members of our team are working on:

Krista, Charles (in Buccaneer shirt!), and family are fighting cancer. You can help them out.
Krista, Charles (in Buccaneer shirt!), and family are fighting cancer. You can help them out.

Krista White is half of the team behind Fabled Environments with her husband Charles White, and the artist behind many gorgeous gaming floor plans, including the HMS Hope ship.

The whole White family is in for some rough seas as Krista fights Ewing Sarcoma cancer, but if you're in a position to support their journey and ease the burden of raising two young kids at a tough time, you can follow along and even donate:

Ahoy Buccaneers!

We invite you all to join us on a celebration of Savage Worlds and Pirates during the Savage Cruise 2020, a 7-day adventure on the Carnival Glory, heading out of New Orleans and visiting Montego Bay Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel Mexico.

Sunday January 27 - Sunday February 2, 2020

We will be hosting games of Buccaneer: Through Hell and High Water IN THE VERY LOCATIONS you can read about in our book. Buccaneer contributors Fuchs, Landauer, and Hatchett are already reserved, Gallo is a strong maybe, and other Buccaneer contributors might be joining in the fun as well.

**Day trips to the High Water Islands, Tickets to the Storm of Souls, and Swimming with the Lusca not included**

Interior berths start at only $565 for the week and include accommodations, shipboard meals and entertainment, a private gaming room (other Savage Worlds events and board games all week long), hosted cocktail party, a $50 shipboard credit, and even a few prizes and surprises!

For a limited time, $25 secures your spot and secures us another chunk of private gaming space. Payment plans available and all deposits are fully refundable until October.

FAQ and an online signup form available on the Gamer Adventures reservation website.

You can also join over 120 other interested pirates (more than 25 of which have already made reservations!) at our Savage Cruise 2020 Facebook Group

We hope to see you there!
